You may know what you want to work on, or simply know that something needs to change. Individual therapy offers space to explore your experiences, understand recurring patterns, and identify steps that align with your needs.
Areas we can explore include:
• Anxiety, persistent worry, and panic attacks
• Depression and feeling stuck
• Religious, childhood, and generational trauma
• OCD and phobias
• Boundary-setting and relationships
• Borderline personality disorder (BPD)
• Identity and deeper self-understanding -
When conversations become conflicts or connection feels harder to reach, therapy offers a place to slow down and understand what’s happening between you.
Our work may focus on communication, recurring disagreements, emotional connection, intimacy, or sexual dynamics. I welcome couples of all orientations and relationship structures.
My approach draws on Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

My Therapeutic Approach
Who I Work With
I'm drawn to people who feel stuck and want to understand why they think, feel, and respond the way they do. You might be caught in a loop of thoughts, struggling to set boundaries, or noticing how past experiences keep showing up in the present.
I have a special interest in supporting people who have experienced religious, childhood, or generational trauma. I also work with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, phobias, and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
With couples, I help create space to explore communication, connection, conflict, and sexual dynamics.
What Working With Me Looks Like
Clients often tell me I'm easy to talk to. I bring warmth and curiosity to our sessions, along with a compassionately direct, intuitive style. I'll gently name what I'm noticing and help you make sense of patterns, so you're not just talking in circles. Together, we'll set goals and choose approaches that fit your life.
My Approach
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailored to your needs. I'm trauma-informed, which means I pay attention to how past experiences shape the present and move at a pace that feels safe for you. I've completed training in EMDR and DBT, as well as Level 1 training in the Gottman Method for couples. When working with OCD, I draw on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) principles. I also draw from person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. I value ongoing learning, and I bring that same curiosity to my training and to our work together.
An Affirming Space
I am sex-positive, body-positive, and affirming of all orientations and relationship structures. My goal is a space where you can speak openly, explore your concerns, and feel respected.
