Therapy That Feels Like a Friendly Chat

I'm a child of immigrants, born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. That upbringing shaped how I see people and families, and it's a big part of why I do this work.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2020. In 2024, I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at St. Edward's University. There, I trained at the St. Edward's Community Clinic and Capital Area Counseling, where I worked with individuals and couples.

My guiding philosophy comes from Ted Lasso: "Be curious, not judgmental." It's how I approach every session, and honestly, most of life.

Outside the therapy room, you'll find me with my husband, hopping between coffee shops, getting out in nature, or watching a movie. (The Goonies and Matilda are my all-time favorites.) I end every day with a cuddle from my three cats, Pepperoni, Stormie, and Bubbalicious.
