FAQs

How much does therapy cost?

1

Individual sessions are $125, and couples sessions are $135. I also offer sliding-scale fees to help make therapy more accessible. If cost is a concern, please reach out so we can discuss options

Do you accept insurance?

2

I do not currently accept insurance. I can provide a superbill—an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company to request possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed. Contact your insurer to ask about your benefits.

Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

3

Both! I offer in-person sessions in Austin, Texas, and telehealth for clients located in Texas.

I work with adults and couples. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attacks, OCD, phobias, boundary-setting, and borderline personality disorder (BPD). I also support couples with communication, connection, conflict, and intimacy

Who do you work with?

What can I expect in our first session?

5

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work toward, and any questions you have. You don’t need to prepare a perfect explanation or share everything at once.

Do I need to know which type of therapy I want?

6

Nope! Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. We’ll discuss your needs and goals and explore approaches together. I draw from several methods, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. For couples, I also draw from Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Is your practice affirming?

7

Yes! I am sex-positive, body-positive, and affirming of all orientations and relationship structures. My aim is to offer a respectful space where you can explore your experiences openly.
